This dress is a modified version of the top of this pattern. I lengthened it and made it into a dress. The fabric is a sheet I bought on clearance at Urban Outfitters. If you use their fabric, make sure you wash it first, it bleeds like crazy.

I like the Peter Pan collar, and the peek-a-boo neckline. It will make a great little summer dress.
