I wish the waistband were a bit more snug, but I've always had that issue because of the 10" difference between my hip and waist. I do like my use of the fabric selvage for the inside waist band. It cut down on the bulk of the area.

I'm also a sucker for a good placket, and I'm rather proud of this one.

I was concered about the buttons I used. I would have liked to have used four hole buttons because they are a bit stronger. This denim is heavy, so I hope these buttons hold up.
