WIth this one, I had to stall because I didnt know how I was going to close it. I wanted to use my 20s buttons, but had apprehensions on making button holes in velvet. Some friends suggested I close it using slide hooks, and snap fasteners. I alternated the two, and sewed on the buttons for decoration. Worked like a charm.

I used over 20 buttons on the blouse, and hope to make a matching skirt out of black silk and velvet trim, soon.
