This project was fun. I was frustrated with tights, and shopping for them, so I decided to make my own garter socks. They would have a seam up the back because how else was I gonna construct them, but also it would give a more vintage feel.

First I cut open an old sock to see how it was constructed, then traced out on tracing paper its basic shape.
