This was my second attempt at the hat, and I took apart an old yucky dress I made to use the dotted fabric. The fabric is shear, so I used a brushed twill beneath to punch the tan color. The project was strange, working with two layers of fabric at every turn (sans the bow). It turned out very well, but I cant for the life of me find anything to wear with this hat! Everything I try to pair with it looks wrong, so Ive never worn it out. *sigh* |
